We’re looking for skilled and passionate Sewing Specialists to join our production team in Amsterdam. If you love working with your hands, take pride in high-quality stitching, and enjoy being part of a team bringing ambitious creative projects to life—we want to hear from you.
– Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or professional sewing, or completion of certified training
– Comfortable using industrial sewing machines and basic maintenance
– A team player who communicates clearly and works well in a collaborative environment
– Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and craftsmanship
– Able to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities on fast-paced projects
– Enthusiastic about working in a creative, international studio environment

Your main responsibilities:
– Sew large-scale, custom-designed fabric patterns with accuracy and consistency
– Operate and care for a variety of industrial sewing machines
– Work with technical fabrics, specialty textiles, and printed materials
– Follow guidance and instructions from Sewing Leads and project documentation
– Collaborate within a multidisciplinary production team to meet project deadlines
– Support and coordinate with freelance seamsters/seamstresses during high-volume periods
– Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
